Delivery Information

At present the products on our website are only available for our customers in the UK.  For our UK customers, your order will be shipped using Royal Mail's recorded ‘Signed for Delivery’. Orders are dispatched following the successful processing of your bank and address details. This process which ensures your safety and ours against Credit Card fraud, can take up to 24hrs after you have placed your order, we will send you an email immediately notifying you that your order has been shipped. Shipping can take up to 5 working days. 

Please note that Royal Mail requires a signature upon delivery for the receipt of your order. If no one is in at your given shipping address, they will leave a note with full details on how to arrange re-delivery, collection from your local Post Office or collection from your local Sorting Office.

For orders up to £100 the postage is £4.
For orders of £100 and above the postage is free.

The display of any item on our website is not an offer to sell and we shall be under no obligation to supply the products ordered through this website. If you place an order, this will be your offer to purchase the items from us. We will acknowledge your order as soon as possible but will be under no obligation to supply the products ordered unless we have the products in stock and they are available at the prices specified. We carry most items in stock, but some items or bespoke items will be specially made for you. This will always be mentioned on the specific product page and we will make every effort to expedite your order. Please note that it can take anywhere from two to six weeks to process bespoke items. We will communicate exact times to you by email or phone after you place your order. Naturally, bespoke orders are final sales.

Returns Policy

We guarantee that if you are dissatisfied with the goods which you have ordered, we will exchange them or give you a full refund less shipping, provided that you return them to us in their original condition and packaging, unworn, and with all labels intact, within 14 days of receiving the item(s). In the case of sale items, the goods must be returned within 7 days of receiving them. We do not accept any returned item(s) which have any indication that it was used. In such cases, we will contact the purchaser and they will have to arrange for the item to be returned to them at their own cost. If you wish to receive a refund we will re-credit the original purchaser's credit/debit card for the sum paid less postal delivery costs. Returns which are received outside the above time frames are accepted at the discretion of us. Please note that bespoke items made to specific orders cannot be returned or exchanged.

Receiving your Refund

Refunds less postal delivery costs to you will be made within 30 days of the date we receive the returned item(s). All undamaged, correctly returned products will be credited to the original purchaser's credit/debit card.
